In addition to being recognized as a great filmmaker, Nate wants to change the structure of cinema creation and production in Brazil, creating a truly functional union that protects professionals, exposes them to contractors and guarantees fairer wages and working hours. He also dreams of founding a unified arts university. within the state of São Paulo, where collaboration and community prevail above all.

Style

Nate calls himself a classicist, having grown up with American, British and French classic cinema.

"From Garbo to Gabin, from Renoir to Hitchcock."

References are not everything, however. Nate uses his worldview and urban experience as a creative and linguistic medium for his projects."São Paulo is my muse, and I feel I must show the world that she deserves to be a protagonist too."
